So you want some veiny hands, huh? Good. You should. Vascularity is a sign of health and strength. It’s hardwired in our minds. We see somebody who’s vascular, we subconsciously know that their heart is efficiently delivering oxygen throughout their body. So they’re going to live a long healthy life. And for women, it triggers something subconsciously in their mind where they can see, okay, he’s healthy. So there’s security when it comes to reproduction. He’s going to pass down these healthy genes to our offspring. It’s going to be a great thing. That’s why they post about it on TikTok. Oh, I love a guy with nice hands and on, you know, Pinterest and Tumblr or whatever the kids are doing these days.

So you’re in luck. I’m going to tell you the no bullshit guide on how to achieve veiny hands and hold on because at the end I’m going to show you a little demonstration of an at-home workout you can do right now to help expedite the process of getting vascular hands. So let’s get right into it.

First of all, it’s important to mention. We got to keep in mind. You will be somewhat limited based on your genetics, right? Some people are just naturally a lot more vascular than others. For instance, my buddy Joe Scholl. He’s a TikToker. He looks like this and it’s insane. You might be thinking. Oh, well, he works out a lot. Well, his dad looks like this and his uncle looks like this and they don’t even work out at all. On the other hand me, I look like this and I’ve been working out for 10 plus years. So I’m no more near as genetically gifted as he is. I know. I know it’s a cruel world, but we got to make do with what we got but no matter where you’re starting from you can progress and get more vascular. So this is how you do it.

You ever notice that rock climbers are the probably top demographic of people with vascular hands. Why is that? Well, it’s because they put extensive strain on their grip strength, you know, they’re holding and pulling with their fingers. They’re always tensing their hands. So that’s why my first and top advice for you is to do weight training with focus on exercises that require a high level of grip strength. So some examples are pull-ups, lat pull-downs, rows, farmer carries, deadlifts, these exercises where the whole time you have to squeeze it very hard or else you’re going to lose your grip and the exercise is over. The reason these are the best is because not only are you activating the muscle and which in turn makes it harder and pushes the vein to the top, but also you’re pumping so much blood through the veins because of this, you know, you’re creating a very high blood pressure in that area that it’s making the veins actually enlarging and expand making them appear bigger. So it’s kind of like a double-edged sword. You’re burning the candle from both and you’re activating the muscle pushing the veins up and then you’re expanding them as well. So whatever your current training regimen is and maybe you’re not doing these start implementing some of these type of exercises into your workout routine. It’s definitely going to make a big difference.

The next element the next pillar to achieve high vascularity is body temperature. So some people their body temperature is naturally higher than others me. I’m like always cold. It takes me a lot to raise my temperature. That’s why my veins are actually hiding a little bit right now. I guess you can just see a little bit my arm. That’s about it. My body runs cold, unfortunately. So you want to try to so to achieve vascularity, but if I’m somewhere out where it’s warm or in an environment where my body temperature Rises then my veins come out to play and it’s a night and day difference. So you got to raise your body temperature. So some ways you can raise your body temperature number one cardio. That’s a no-brainer right improving your cardiovascular system getting the blood pumping making your body work like a well-oiled machine. I know this isn’t like a quick fix. It takes time, you know, and I’ve been doing it for years, but the improvements have definitely been noticeable number two hitting the sauna, you know getting in the sauna warming up the body this expands your blood vessels making them just grow enlarged now. You don’t actually lose body fat in the sauna. That’s a myth, but it does definitely help expand those blood vessels the veins and I like to think of it like a hose if you’re able to stretch it out once it’s going to be that much easier to stretch it out again the next time so you’re conditioning your blood vessels your veins to be able to expand like that when you actually, you know, put it through the vigorous training that you’re going to do in your exercises and whatnot.

Now we have to mention nutrition. This is the third pillar of getting vascular. You can’t be vascular if you’re a 30% body fat, you know, you’ve never seen a fat dude with veins ripping out of his arms unless they’re varicose veins, which we don’t want now. I’m not going to tell you exactly how to lose body fat. I can talk about that all day. That’s for another video, right? But that’s the first step next you can eat some foods that actually increase your body temperature. There is certain groups of foods that you could eat that actually increase your blood flow so foods that have arginine in it and lots of nitrates. These will actually increase your nitric oxide which expand your blood vessels. So some of these foods garlic onions berries leafy greens, but the big one the very best is beets. These are very high in arginine. So these will help your vascularity a lot.

So since you guys were good sports you guys hung in there till the end. I’m going to show you a little at home workout that you can do to get the blood pumping through your hands and you don’t even need any weights or anything like that. So here’s how you do it. So pinch your arms in and you can do this with any exercise to help stimulate your blood vessels. Then you’re going to do 50 hand curls like this squeezing very hard. You can see my veins in my hands already. Wow. Next we’re going to do 50 finger extensions. So stick your hands out straight extend them forward. I can feel that already. Okay. Now you’re going to do 20 second squeeze and squeeze that. I mean you squeeze that hard. You see those veins popping out. Okay. Now we’re going to do 20 twists. Okay, that’s good. Then you’re just going to do 50 more hand curls and that’s it. That’s it. See my hands. This one a little more vascular than the other. Yeah, it works. There’s definitely veins popping out. It’s tiring actually.

So that’s it. Most important thing hit the weights, especially grip strength exercises. This is just a little supplement you can do on top of it. You do this every single day. If you want get your nutrition in check. These are the three pillars body temperature weightlifting resistance training nutrition. This is just a little whipped cream on top. So give it a try. Hope you guys enjoyed the video. If you haven’t already subscribed and until next time. Peace.
