RECAPZ is a personal emotional awareness and reflection app for iOS devices. The app allows you to:
All data is stored locally on your device. RECAPZ does not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional mental health services.
RECAPZ is available to users of all ages. If you are under 13 years old, please have a parent or guardian review these Terms with you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RECAPZ for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All content you create in RECAPZ (check-ins, notes, preferences) remains your property. You retain all rights to your data.
Your data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to, cannot view, and do not collect your content.

RECAPZ, including its design, features, graphics, user interface, code, and all related materials, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
RECAPZ is a self-reflection tool, not a medical device or mental health treatment. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be used in emergency situations.
Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency: United States: Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911. International: Contact your local emergency services. RECAPZ is not designed for crisis situations.
RECAPZ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that your data will be preserved (you should maintain backups).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or personal injury.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app, add or remove features, and update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of RECAPZ is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail for issues related to the App Store.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information (we don't collect it). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may stop using RECAPZ at any time by deleting the app from your device. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends and you must delete the app from your devices.
